Freightliner offers lightweight engine to pair with 114SD concrete mixer

The Freightliner Trucks 114SD concrete mixer can now be spec’d with the new Cummins X12 engine. The engine delivers up to 500-hp and 1,700 lb-ft of torque. Weighing 2,050 lbs, it is designed to increase payload and productivity. Paired with the 114SD, this combination is intended for concrete mixers, dump trucks, crane and more. Freightliner will showcase its latest vocational solutions, including the 114SD with the Cummins X12 engine, at World of Concrete 2019 in Las Vegas.
